Restaurants always try their best to accommodate special requests, especially when it involves the removal of items. We're sorry to hear that your special requests were missed, and we would like to help.
Please keep in mind that items requiring additional payment cannot be requested via special notes. However, we'll make every effort to address special requests that the restaurant can accommodate.
If you find that your notes were missed, there are a few steps you can take:
1. Check your receipt in the Ritual app by heading to the "More" tab and then select "Past Orders." After that, select the relevant order, and select "Receipt" to ensure that your notes were correctly entered.
2. If you're able to, contact or return to the restaurant as soon as possible to let them know that the special notes were missed. Our partners are usually happy to provide a solution.
3. If you're unable to contact the restaurant or if they are unable to provide a solution, please let us know.
If your special note was missed, please let us know and provide us with a photo of the received order.
For missing or incorrect items, please let us know within 7 days of your order date for the best support experience. After this time frame, we may be unable to provide the best resolution.
