We're sorry to hear that you left the restaurant without picking up your order.
If you have left the restaurant without your order, please cancel the order with the restaurant. You can do this in two ways:
1. Let the restaurant staff know immediately to not prepare the order and to cancel it. Inform them that you will leave and will not be able to pick up your order.
2. If you have already left and did not notify the restaurant staff, call the restaurant where you placed the order from as soon as possible and cancel the order. You can find their phone number from your order receipt in-app.
If you are unable to cancel the order with the restaurant, please let us know by writing in with details.
