If you arrive to pick up your order and find that the store is closed, there are a few steps you can take:
1. Double-check the confirmation email or in-app to ensure that you are at the correct location at the right time.
2. Take a look around the store and confirm that the store is closed. Sometimes stores close for a short period of time only to reopen later or are open just for pick-up orders.
3. If the store is closed, take a photo of the closed store to provide to us when you write in.
