After activating your Gift, your Gift will appear in the “Home” tab under the “My Gifts” section and will also be visible under the “Promotions” section on the restaurant’s in-app menu.
How Gifts work:
1. Once the receiver claims the Gift, it can be redeemed at the participating restaurant if the receiver has never visited the restaurant or one of their locations
2. The Gift will appear as a deduction from the total on the checkout page, before placing your order.
3. The remaining Gift amount does not roll over.
4. The Gift will expire in 7 days of issue. The expiry date can be found by selecting the “View all promotions” section in the “Rewards” tab under the “Your Promotions” section.

If you have placed an order and the gift did not apply, double-check your receipt in the Ritual app by heading to the "More" tab and then select "Past Orders" and “Full Receipt”.
