If you've noticed that your promotion was not applied after an eligible purchase, there are some steps you can take to address the issue.
1. Check your receipt in the Ritual app by heading to the "More" tab and then select "Past Orders." After that, select the relevant order, and click "Receipt" to check if the promotion was applied.
2. Once you have confirmed that the promotion was not applied, send us the name of the restaurant and the order details you were trying to receive the promotion from.
