If you have tried using a promo code on your order and don’t see the code applied to it, here are some steps you can take:
1. Double check your receipt in the Ritual app by heading to the "More" tab and then select "Past Orders." After that, select the relevant order, and select "Receipt" to check if the sign up promo code was applied.
2. Once you have confirmed that the sign up promo code was not applied to your order, let us know by writing to our support team with the sign up promo code that you were trying to use.
Please note that you can only redeem a sign up promo code once. This means that if you have already used a sign up promo code for a previous order, you will not be able to use the same code again.
