Company vouchers can not be applied retroactively to a past order. Due to this, it is important to make sure that your voucher has been applied to your order before it is placed.
You can view your voucher by selecting "Add promotions" on the checkout page, before placing your order. You can add or remove your vouchers from your order by selecting or deselecting the voucher on this page. Before placing your order, make sure that the voucher amount has been deducted from the subtotal and that the correct order total appears.
If you do not see your voucher, please write in through the in-app help centre by going to the "More" tab and selecting "Help". Alternatively, you can reach us at contact.ritual.co.
The following are common reasons why you may not see the voucher:
- You have not joined your company meal plan
- Your voucher has not been issued yet
- Your voucher has expired
- Your voucher has already been redeemed
- Your voucher is not eligible for your order (Location or item restrictions)
