The "Favourites" section, located on the "Home" tab in the Ritual app, is where you will find restaurants where you first visited on Ritual, as well as any restaurants you have selected to add to your favourites, by clicking the heart icon, on the restaurant's menu screen.
Please remove any unwanted locations from the "Favourites" sections of the app (which is ordered based on your order history, not GPS) by clicking the edit button and following the prompts to remove any unwanted locations.
