As a Ritual customer, you are eligible to collect stamps on every order at your favourite participating restaurants, and those stamps turn into points that can be redeemed at any of your favourite spots!
This is how Loyalty+ stamps work:
1. Search "Loyalty+" in the app to view participating restaurants and keep track of your Loyalty+ stamps in the “Rewards” tab under “Loyalty+”.
2. To receive a stamp for an order, the total cost must be more than $1 (pre-tax), and must be placed at least 60 minutes from the last stamp collected at that restaurant.
3. Every stamp that is collected earns you up to 10x the points on an order. After your 10th stamp, your points will become available to spend anywhere or redeem your points early at selected restaurants for 60% of your accumulated points. Your points can be viewed in your points history by selecting the clock on the top right of the “Rewards” tab.
4. Loyalty+ boosters allow you to earn double stamps at participating restaurants. Once you earn a Loyalty+ booster, you will be eligible to earn another booster after seven (7) days at the same participating restaurant. You can earn a maximum of one (1) booster in a period of seven (7) days.
5. After completing your stamp card, your stamp card will reset so you can begin collecting points again!
6. Partially completed stamp cards expire if you haven’t placed an order at the restaurant within the last 365 days.

If you did not receive a stamp for your order, check that the order meets the above requirements and double check that the stamps did not apply. You can verify this on the receipt in the Ritual app by heading to the "More" tab and then select "Past Orders" and “Full Receipt”. You can also keep track of your Loyalty+ stamps in the “Rewards” tab under “Loyalty+”.
If your Loyalty+ stamps were not applied to an eligible order, please let us know by writing in with a screenshot of your Loyalty+ stamp summary for the restaurant. You can find this by heading to your "Rewards" tab, select the card for the restaurant, select on "See Details" under Loyalty+ on the menu.
