Please ensure that your referral code was properly applied to your friend's account by having them head in-app to the "More" tab and selecting "Promo Code." If your friend cannot see your code in their account and they have not yet made their first purchase, please have them add your code to their account.
If your friend has already made their first purchase in-app, please contact us and provide us with your friend's email address and phone number associated with their Ritual account, and we'll look into resolving this issue for you.
Note: Find your unique referral code to send to friends in the Ritual app by heading to the "More" tab click "Refer a Friend & Earn" Find your name and number combination in the text box at the bottom. Eg. "RITUAL12345."
