Please confirm on your order receipt that this promo code was not applied to your order. In the Ritual app, head to the "More" tab click "Past Orders" click "Receipt." Once you have confirmed that the promo code was not applied, please provide us with the promo code you were trying to use and we will determine if your order is eligible for the promotion.
