Please note that the 10% discount is valid for 24 hours after it is issued. The maximum discount that you can receive is $3 off on an order. The discount is not stackable with any other reward or promotion, so it cannot be combined with any other offers.
If you've noticed that your 10% discount was not applied after an eligible purchase, there are some steps you can take to address the issue.
1. Check your receipt in the Ritual app by heading to the "More" tab and then select "Past Orders." After that, select the relevant order, and select "Receipt" to check if the 10% discount was issued.
2. Once you have confirmed that the 10% discount was not issued, let us know by writing in with details.
