How do I receive my corporate credits?
To receive credits from your Corporate Credit Program, please contact the administrator of the program at your company. Your administrator will provide you with an introductory email including instructions on how to join the company’s meal program.
How do I use my corporate credits?
Once you have selected your item(s) in-app in your checkout cart, your credits will be automatically deducted from your order total. Confirm the amount of available credits by going to the “Rewards” tab in-app!
Why was my credit card charged when there are corporate credits in my account?
Our secure credit card payment processor, Stripe, requires a minimum charge of $0.50 on every order. As such, for any amount spent above your current credit balance, but below $0.50, your credit card will be charged the $0.50 minimum. For example, if you receive daily credits of $15 and your total spend is $15.20, your credit card will be charged $0.50 and the remaining balance of $14.70 will be deducted from your credits; the remaining $0.30 will be left in your credit balance until the retraction time. This is a technical requirement for Stripe.
How do I remove an employee from our company’s Corporate Credit Program?
To remove an employee from your company’s Corporate Credit Program, refer to the introductory set-up email from Ritual, sent to the administrator. Follow the link to submit an “Employee removal request.”

1. To add a new employee to your company’s Corporate Credit Program, the administrator must send the introductory email from Ritual that includes the two-step process required to join the company’s Corporate Credit Program.
2. To add an employee who was previously part of the Corporate Credit Program, please provide the employee’s details below.
