After making a purchase, please check your bank statement in the 5 - 10 business days following the transaction (once the payment is actually charged, not pending, to your card) to see the correct amount reflected. If you believe the amount charged is incorrect, please provide a screenshot of the bank statement charge and we can assist you.
Note, the price displayed in-app on your receipt will always be the amount actually charged. View your receipt in-app by selecting the "Profile" icon in the top left-hand corner of the "Home" tab > “Past Orders” > “Receipt”. If you find you were charged full price and are unsure about why you didn’t receive a $1 Food Festival discount, please use the “Get Help” button on the order you are referring to and we’ll look into it.
