    it would be nice if the article actually stated how to delete or deactivate an account rather than just telling me "this is what you can do to help us improve". There is nothing wrong the app. It's a cool concept but I don't live in an area with places that actually use ritual so why keep it.

    I want to deactivate my account, and like the previous comment states... They do not say how to get rid of the account at all. I have been charged for an order that I never got. I emailed with a rep and he informed me that I would have to wait 3-5 business days to be refunded. If my account is missing funds, and the money has to be given back to me at a later date, it's a refund of a charge. Not just a hold. If the hold function is to make sure that there are enough funds in the account, then I shouldn't have been held/charged, or I should have gotten what I ordered for what is being held from my bank account.
