One of the benefits of Ritual is that orders are prepared immediately after being accepted. For this reason, orders often cannot be cancelled, as the restaurant has been notified and has started preparing the food.
In the event of an emergency, to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant directly right away and inform them that you no longer want the order. This number can be found on your receipt in the Ritual app, located under 'Order Details'. After you've contacted the restaurant and they have agreed to not make your food, let us know and we will gladly provide you with a refund.
