Please call the restaurant right away. We understand that this may happen, especially if you are new to using Ritual. To help avoid this, we've added a pop-up warning that lets you know if the restaurant you are viewing has more than one location. If you do order from the wrong location, please call the restaurant right away to let them know not to make the order, then follow up with us and we'll do our best to make things right.
We would also like to explain how we mark location in the app so this doesn't happen again:
On the home screen, the location is included in the title of the restaurant name. For some locations, you'll see a blue tag which would indicate that it’s inside a building.
On the checkout page, the street address is displayed at the top left under the name (along with the estimated walking time).
When you first open the restaurant's menu, there is a pop up letting you know when a restaurant has multiple locations to ensure you're selecting the correct location.
On the menu page, we highlight at the top of the screen that some restaurant partners have multiple locations on Ritual.
Please remove any unwanted locations from the "My Rituals" or "Favourites" sections of the app (which is based on your order history, not GPS) by clicking the edit button in the top right corner and following the prompts to remove any unwanted locations.
