We’re sorry that you did not intend to join a piggyback order. As a piggyback guest, your order will be picked up by the host and dropped off at the drop-off area at no extra expense to you!
Here are some steps to help navigate this situation:
1. To find your order, please head in-app to the "Order in Progress" banner, select "Order", and you will see the drop-off location for your order at the top of the page.
2. Alternatively, your drop-off area can be found under the piggyback settings in-app by selecting “Open Settings” in the “My Team” tab.
3. If you're still not able to locate your order, reach out to the host as soon as possible to coordinate where they dropped it off.
