One of the benefits of Ritual is that orders are prepared immediately after being accepted. For this reason, orders often cannot be cancelled, as the restaurant has been notified and has started preparing the food.
In the event of an emergency, to cancel an order, or part of it you did not wish to order, please contact the restaurant directly and immediately inform them that you no longer want the order or part of it. After you’ve contacted the restaurant and they’ve agreed to not make your food, please let us know.
