Please confirm on your order receipt that this promo code was not applied to your order. In the Ritual app, head to the "More" tab > click "Past Orders" > click "Receipt."
Once you have confirmed that the promo code was not applied, please provide us with the promo code you were trying to redeem. Please also confirm if you have successfully added a World or World Elite Mastercard as a payment method in-app, as this is mandatory in order to be eligible.
