Please allow 5 - 10 business days for any payment adjustments or refunds to be reflected on your statement.
Refunds can appear on your statement in one of two ways:
1. As a credit a few days after your purchase date; or
2. The transaction might entirely disappear from your credit card statement and will be applied as an adjustment to the original charge, to your account.
If the refund does not appear on your statement after 10 business days, please contact us from your initial support ticket and we'd be happy to look into this for you!
