We try our best to ensure that restaurants using Ritual have a designated pickup area with clear signage to make the pick-up process as easy as possible for you. We want to help you resolve this issue and make your order pick-up experience a success.
If you can't find the Ritual pickup area or signage in the restaurant, there are a few steps you can take:
1. Double-check the confirmation email or in-app to ensure that you are at the correct location at the right time.
2. Look around the restaurant to see if there is any area that could be a designated pick-up area that may not have the Ritual signage.
3. Ask the restaurant staff if there is a pick-up area for Ritual orders and let them know that you are there to pick up your Ritual order.
4. In the case where you cannot locate the order or staff in the venue, please let us know.
