Placing an Order

When you open the app, you’ll be greeted with an assortment of restaurants and cafes, sorted based on their relative location to you.

  • Choosing a Spot To Eat
    Tap on any restaurant or cafe to browse their menu - you’ll also be able to see their address and operating hours to inform your ordering decision

  • Choosing Your Meal
    Select the items and option customizations you’d like, and add them to your cart. At the checkout page, you can review full details of your order including item information, receipt breakdown, and an estimate of how long it will take to prepare. 

  • Tracking Your Order Progress
    Once you place an order, you’ll be directed to the order status screen. This lets you know that the order has been sent and that we are waiting for a response from the restaurant or cafe. Hang tight, and your order will promptly be confirmed. You’ll receive an updated preparation time as well as a suggested time to start walking towards the spot.

On rare occasions, we may not be able to fulfill your order. We’ll provide information about why your order can’t be fulfilled via the app (the most common reason being a lack of item availability) so that you can order something else.
